BH Brothers Air Solutions is based on NW 34th Street, a few minutes from the heart of Wynwood. When your AC quits here, we are not driving in from another county. We do same-day AC repair for Wynwood homes, lofts, restaurants, bars, galleries and offices, and we answer 24/7. Call 786-905-5632.

What we see in Wynwood buildings

Wynwood went from warehouses to restaurants, studios and apartments in a short time, and a lot of the AC work shows it. Old warehouse shells now have open ceilings, big windows and rooftop units that were sized for storage, not for a full dining room or a crowd at an opening. Newer mid-rise buildings have small mechanical closets that are hard to service and easy to neglect.

• Rooftop units that struggle in July because they are undersized or overdue for coil cleaning
• Kitchens and bars where the AC fights the heat from the line and the refrigeration
• Apartment and loft systems in tight closets with clogged drains and dirty filters
• High-humidity spaces where the air feels cold but sticky, which is a sign the system is not removing moisture

One company for the AC and the cooler

Most Wynwood restaurants have two systems that cannot fail: the AC in the dining room and the refrigeration in the kitchen. We handle both, so you have one number to call.
