How we size and plan a new AC
A new system only performs as well as it was sized and installed. Swapping in the same tonnage as the old unit is the most common mistake we see. We look at the home itself: square footage, windows and sun exposure, insulation, the ductwork and the return air. Then we recommend a system that fits, and explain why.
