Commercial Refrigeration Repair in Miami Beach, FL

On Miami Beach, refrigeration has two enemies at once: the heat and the salt. The ocean air that brings the tourists also eats condenser coils, corrodes electrical contacts and shortens the life of every compressor on every roof from South Beach to Bal Harbour. Equipment that would run for a decade inland starts losing capacity here in half the time.

BH Brothers Air Solutions keeps Miami Beach restaurants, hotels, bars and markets cold. Walk-in coolers and freezers, bar and beverage coolers, display cases, reach-ins and ice machines — repaired, installed and maintained. We schedule around service hours because a dining room on Ocean Drive cannot lose a Friday night, and we answer the phone at 3 a.m. when it cannot wait until morning.

What We Service on the Beach

• Walk-in coolers and freezers — including rooftop condensing units taking the full brunt of the salt air.
• Bar and beverage coolers — back-bar refrigeration, bottle coolers and draft systems that stop holding temperature on the busiest nights.
• Ice machines — the single most common emergency call we get from beach bars. Repair, deep cleaning, descaling and new installs.
• Hotel and banquet kitchen refrigeration — large walk-ins, prep line equipment and multiple units on one system.
• Corrosion-focused maintenance — coil cleaning and rinsing on a schedule that actually matches a coastal environment.

Why Miami Beach Businesses Call Us

• We understand coastal equipment. Salt corrosion is a maintenance problem, not an act of God, and we treat it that way.
• True 24/7 emergency response, every night and every holiday weekend — which is exactly when beach kitchens are busiest.
• Flexible scheduling around service hours, deliveries and tight alley access.
• Flat-rate pricing approved before work starts. No surprises on the invoice.
• Licensed, insured, background-checked technicians who show up presentable in front of your guests.

Areas We Cover on Miami Beach

South Beach and Ocean Drive, Lincoln Road, Washington Avenue, Mid-Beach and the Collins Avenue hotel corridor, North Beach, Bal Harbour, Surfside, Sunny Isles Beach and the Venetian Islands.

What Salt Air Actually Does to Your Equipment

It starts on the condenser. Fins corrode and lose their ability to shed heat, so the compressor works harder to reach the same temperature. Your electric bill creeps up first. Then the box takes longer to recover after a busy service. Then, usually in August, the compressor gives out entirely. Cleaning and rinsing coils on a schedule costs a fraction of what a compressor replacement costs, and it buys years of life.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does refrigeration equipment fail faster on the beach?

Salt in the air corrodes condenser coils, fins and electrical contacts. A unit that would last a decade inland can lose serious capacity in a few years on Collins Avenue. Regular coil cleaning and rinsing slows it down dramatically.

Can you work while we are open?

We would rather not, and neither would you. Most of our Miami Beach work is scheduled early morning, late night, or on the slowest day of the week so your dining room and bar keep running.

Do you handle hotels with several kitchens and bars?

Yes. Large walk-ins, multiple units on shared systems, banquet kitchens, pool bars and ice machines can all sit on one maintenance schedule with one point of contact.

Do Not Lose a Friday Night
